What DueKind stores

When you create a DueKind workspace, we store your account email, a one-way password hash, session records, and the invoice information you enter: client names and email addresses, invoice references, amounts, currencies, due dates, follow-up records, and optional payment links. This information is stored in DueKind’s Cloudflare-hosted database so it can be available across your signed-in devices.

How we use this information

We use workspace information only to provide the DueKind product, maintain account access, show invoice priorities, create customer invoice pages when you choose to share a link, and provide support. We do not sell personal information or intentionally use it for advertising.

Customer invoice links

A shared invoice link can be opened by anyone who has the link. It displays the client name, invoice reference, amount, due date, payment status, and any payment link you add. Share links can be disabled from the workspace at any time.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

DueKind uses a necessary, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. The web app may cache static files in your browser to improve loading and installation. DueKind does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking.

Email and payments

Automated reminder delivery and payment processing are not currently active. If these features are enabled in the future, this notice will be updated before they are offered to customers.

Your choices and requests

You can sign out at any time, edit or delete invoices, and download a copy of your saved data from Account in the workspace. You can permanently delete your account from the same screen. To request help, contact hello@getduekind.com from the email address on your account. We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and limited session cookies to protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and do not place sensitive bank or card data in invoice fields.
