DueKind is inviting a small group of independent service businesses to test a clearer way to track unpaid invoices and prepare respectful client follow-ups.
Who it is for
The beta is best for a consultant, agency, studio, or small service business that invoices clients and occasionally needs to follow up while keeping the relationship professional.
What you can do today
- Create a private account and keep invoices in your own workspace.
- Add an invoice with a client, due date, reference, amount, and optional payment link.
- See which invoices need attention and prepare a customer-ready follow-up in your chosen tone.
- Create a customer invoice link only when you decide to share one, and disable it if needed.
- Use DueKind in a browser or install it as a web app on a supported device.
What is not active yet
DueKind does not automatically email your customers, process payments, reconcile bank activity, or offer password-reset emails at this stage. You review and send follow-ups through your own email service.

- Create your free workspace with a business email and a unique password.
- Add one real unpaid invoice—or a test invoice if you prefer.
- Choose the invoice, prepare a follow-up, and tell us what felt clear or confusing.

Send feedback to hello@getduekind.com. Please include your business type, what you tried, what you expected, and what would make DueKind more useful. Do not email passwords, bank details, card details, client personal data, payment credentials, or private invoice documents.
